Denzel Curry is officially set to release his upcoming project, King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2, on July 19.
The 15-track project “pays homage to the great musical heritages of the South.” While the series’ first installment was dropped under Curry’s Raven Miyagi persona, Vol. 2 will operate under his Big Ultra persona, who is described as “an elevated version of Raven Miyagi that is braggadocious and revels in the success that Curry has seen over the last decade of his career.”
Vol. 2 will feature some of the region’s best artists, including the likes of Curry’s fellow former Raider Klan member Key Nyata, Memphis stalwarts Juicy J and Project Pat, Texas’ Maxo Kream, That Mexican OT and Mike Dimes, North Carolina’s TiaCorine, Atlanta’s 2 Chainz and Kenny Mason and South Florida’s Ski Mask The Slump God and PlayThatBoiZay, as well as A$AP Ferg — their collab arriving alongside the album announcement — and A$AP Rocky.
Stream Denzel Curry, TiaCorine and A$AP Ferg’s “Hot One” on Spotify. King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2 drops July 19.
