‘Demon Slayer: Entertainment District Arc’ Confirms Special 45-Minute Finale

It’s been announced that the final episode of popular anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba‘s final episode of the Entertainment District Arc, titled “No Matter How Many Lives,” will run for 45 minutes, opposed to the usual 23 minutes.

The Entertainment District Arc takes place after the events of the Mugen Train movie and primarily sees protagonists Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke off on a mission in Yoshiwara’s red-light district under the guidance of Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui.

Without revealing too much for those yet to catch episode 10, the dual-sword-wielding Tengen, and the main protagonist Tanjiro are caught in an epic battle against powerful antagonist Gyutaro, and the episode ends in a massive cliffhanger that fans are anxiously waiting to be resolved. While nothing has been confirmed as of yet, many fans are hoping to see a special Upper Rank Meeting featured in the manga.

The season 2 episode 11 finale will air on February 13. Those interested in catching up can stream the series now on Funimation, Crunchyroll, and Hulu.
