ESCANABA — After 25 years in Masonville, the Delta County Women’s Slowpitch Softball League has a new home.
According to an email received by The Daily Press, the league accepted an offer Wednesday afternoon to play games at Gladstone Little League’s Flat Rock fields in Escanaba Township. The slowpitch league will not be charged for use of the fields and plans on making a sizeable donation to Gladstone Little League for the generosity. The Delta County Women’s Slowpitch Softball League will hold its annual tournament on Aug. 3 and 4 in Gladstone.
