Chris Stapleton has won the trophy for Best Country Album at the 2022 Grammy Awards this evening. His LP Starting Over won over titles by Sturgill Simpson (The Ballad of Dood & Juanita), Mickey Guyton (Remember Her Name), Brothers Osborne (Skeletons), and Miranda Lambert, Jon Randall, and Jack Ingram (The Marfa Tapes).
In addition to winning Best Country Album, Stapleton also took home the Grammys for Best Country Solo Performance, for “You Should Probably Leave,” and Best Country Song, for “Cold.”
