Following his debut show at Coachella, Compton-born artist Channel Tres drops a new “Just Can’t Get Enough” track as he readies the release of his upcoming Real Cultural Sh*t album this fall. As festival season continues and the world returns to late night gatherings, house music has seen a mainstream resurgence as of late with Beyoncé recently releasing a bouncy “BREAK MY SOUL” single and Drake experimenting with new sounds in his Honestly, Nevermind album.
Arriving on the scene in 2018 with melodic dancefloor hits such as “Topdown” and “Controller,” Channel has been ahead of the curve, building his own unique “Compton House” genre combining Chicago house and Detroit techno with a dash of West Coast rap. Sampling the legendary soul singer Teddy Pendergrass, Channel’s latest track is said to embody the glam and decadence of the decade as he reminisces on a budding romance and talks up his custom cufflinks.
