OutKast Earns First Diamond Single With “Hey Ya!”
OutKast is commemorating a new milestone as their 2003 track "Hey Ya!" is officially certified diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).The RIAA confirmed that the Speakerboxxx/The Love Below track has sold 10 million units in the United States, following in the footsteps of its album that was certified diamond in December 2004 — just 15 months after its initial release.
