To celebrate the release of its highly-anticipated Evangelion “PROJECT-CSTF: PROTECTION from IMPACT” collaboration, global tech accessory brand CASETiFY recently put together the “IMPACT!” launch event. Ahead of the drop of the special range, CASETiFY and Japanese animation studio ©Khara unveiled a four-meter high, seven-meter-wide EVA-01 in the heart of Tokyo’s Shinjuku district. The impressive display also shows the iconic mecha holding a CASETiFY Impact Case featuring a design from the collaboration.
The showing serves as a nod to the beloved anime franchise, playfully protecting Shinjuku from the destruction of both the city and your smartphone. Additionally, an AR filter is set up at the “IMPACT!” event to emulate the NERV camera view of the battlefield.
The Evangelion “PROJECT-CSTF: PROTECTION from IMPACT” collection is available now on CASETiFY’s website, while the “IMPACT!” display will be set up at Cine City Square in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, Tokyo until July 25.
