Gavin Rossdale chats with Kyle Meredith about the Bush’s new best-of album, Loaded: The Greatest Hits 1994-2023, and more.

The Bush frontman discusses the band’s resurgence and compares the ’90s lineup of the band to their 2010s incarnation. He also mentions the new single, “Nowhere to Go But Everywhere,” which also finds a spot on the greatest hits collection. He then reveals that there will be a second best-of compilation coming sooner than later before explaining why he’d choose the remixed version “Mouth” — from the soundtrack to An American Werewolf in Paris — over the original.

Lastly, he adds his thoughts on U2’s recent live show at The Sphere, and what it might mean for the state of live music. “[For] young, up-and-coming, middle bands, it’s torture,” he says. “I don’t quite know how they are expected to present shows [like that]… I mean, can’t afford to play The Sphere and keep up with what U2 are doing.”
