Burberry and Marcus Rashford are celebrating their new charitable campaign with an upbeat fashion film featuring four of the UK’s most captivating young dancers. The film, directed by Megaforce and choreographed by (LA)HORDE, is inspired by the fearless spirit of modern British youth — and we’re already trying to master those fun dance moves.
In the film, British dancer Zhané Samuels, French dancers Kevin Bago, Robinson Cassarino, and Singaporean dancer Chantel Foo navigate a modern British landscape using the spontaneous creativity of their bodies. The campaign aims to connect the worlds of sport, fashion, and dance in a diverse and dynamic work of performance art.
“This campaign is about looking forwards, looking to the future — inspired by youth, it brings together a community of different talents and worlds as one,” says Riccardo Tisci, Burberry’s chief creative officer in a press statement. “United by passion, commitment and love, this campaign is a celebration of their dreams, of exploring and of always going beyond. I’m honoured that Burberry can partner with Marcus Rashford and amazing organisations around the world to give back to the next generation, allowing them to explore their dreams. And I wanted to take that concept — of exploring beyond — to express a real sense of freedom in the campaign. It’s all about that fearless spirit and imagination when pushing boundaries, something that we hold so close to our hearts at Burberry.”
