The pan-Asian hub was announced in 2013 following a “groundbreaking deal with foundation member Universal Music Publishing. It exists to offer full-service digital licensing, processing and distribution for copyright holders across the Asian region, including India.

With Buma/Stemra on board, the total number of direct members to the hub rises to 12.
