BTS’ Jin Drops Debut Solo Album ‘Happy’

BTS' Jin Drops Debut Solo Album 'Happy'

After much fanfare, BTS’ Jin has officially released his debut solo album, Happy, an ultra-positive K-pop manifesto that plays like a “true expression of Jin as a solo artist,” according to his record label, BIGHIT MUSIC.

The six-track record features just one feature from WENDY on “Heart on the Window.” The remaining tracks include “Running Wild,” “I’ll Be There,” “Another Level,” “Falling” and “I will come to you” (which he wrote as a tribute to his fans after being discharged from the South Korean military in June).

Notably, “Running Wild” arrives alongside an all-new music video, spotlighting the heartwarming relationship between a man and his pet dog. According to the artist’s team, the video looks to showcase that “true happiness is being with loved ones, no matter the circumstances. The ending, capturing the simple joys of everyday life, reinforces the message Jin aims to convey.”

On the optimistic track, which was co-produced by Take That’s Gary Barlow, Jin sings, “There’s a way that we can fly again / Remember how we used to love back then / Livin’ like we had no end /Let’s stay out all night.”
