Blue Ivy Joins Beyoncé on Stage During London Leg of ‘Renaissance’ Tour

Blue Ivy Joins Beyoncé on Stage During London Leg of 'Renaissance' Tour

Beyoncé isn’t even halfway through her Renaissance world tour yet, but the singer is already reflecting on one of her most treasured moments of the tour so far. On Monday [May 29], Queen B gave her 11-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, a sweet shoutout as she appeared on stage during her London performance at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

During Beyoncé’s performance, the 41-year-old was seen dancing and singing alongside her daughter, while her husband, Jay-Z, watched proudly from the audience alongside Kris Jenner and Dua Lipa

Blue was captured alongside her mother as she danced with her and a host of backing dancers. During Blue’s performance, Beyoncé turned from a seasoned superstar to an all-around proud mother as she watched her daughter perform to two of her hit records.

Following Blue’s performance, Queen B took to social media, captioning a series of photos of Blue saying: “My beautiful firstborn. I’m so proud and thankful to be your mama. You bring us so much joy, my sweet angel.”

And while Blue Ivy’s London performance has taken social media by storm, her time at the Premier League stadium isn’t the first time she’s been captured alongside her mother, having previously joined Beyoncé during a show in Dubai at the beginning of the year.

Beyoncé’s Renaissance tour started in Stockholm, Sweden, earlier this month, with the set welcoming highlights in the form of the show-opening rendition of “Dangerously In Love,” as well as a smart mash-up of old and new records like the 2008-released “Sweet Dreams” merged with Renaissance‘s “Alien Superstar.”

The European leg of the tour will continue to run through May and June, before Beyoncé kicks off the North America leg in Toronto on July 8, with shows scheduled through to September 27 when the trek concludes in New Orleans.

In other music news, Ice Spice has broken Nicki Minaj’s Spotify record.
