Convicted felon and Fyre Fest founder Billy McFarland is officially selling tickets for his “2.0 version” of the festival.
With a voice full of hubris, McFarland made the announcement on TikTok with a video he shot while clothed in a rather comfortable-looking white bathrobe. “This is a big day, because as of right now, Fyre Festival II tickets are officially on sale,” he said. “We spoke to people as far away as the Middle East and South America, and ultimately, we decided that Fyre Festival II is coming back to the Caribbean. We are targeting Fyre Festival II for the end of next year. In the meantime, we’ll be doing pop-ups and events across the world. Guys, this is your chance to get in. This is everything I’ve been working towards. Let’s fucking go.”
Though Fyre Festival II doesn’t have a lineup, venue, or date, McFarland has made “The First 100” tier tickets available for the price of $499, with subsequent levels listed as selling for up to $7,999 at a future date. If this somehow appeals to you, passes are available here.

Also in the TikTok video, McFarland boasted about previously partnering with “one of the biggest and best TV companies in the world” for a documentary called After the Fyre as well as a separate deal for a Broadway musical.
According to McFarland, all of these perceived successes came from a brainstorming session during his solitary confinement: “I wrote out this 50-page plan of how it would take this overall interest and demand in Fyre, and how it would take my ability to bring people from around the world together and make the impossible happen, how I would find the best partners in the world to allow me to be me while executing Fyre’s vision to the highest level.” Delusion knows no bounds when it comes to this guy.
Earlier this month, McFarland announced that a smaller Fyre event in the Hamptons had been canceled because his “vision” for the brand is “so much bigger than 200 people.” Instead, it’s “10,000 people on one of the best islands in the world with the best talent in the world.”
In 2018, McFarland was sentenced to six years in federal prison after pleading guilty to multiple counts of wire fraud in connection to the original Fyre Fest. He was released early in May 2022 after serving four years of the sentence, and has claimed backers for the new festival and Broadway musical have paid off existing debts from the first Fyre Fest.
