From the Halls of Ivy to Ivy Heart.
Beyoncé and Adidas are readying another Ivy Park drop just in time for Valentine’s Day. The Ivy Heart collection – which includes footwear, apparel and accessories available in vibrant and playful pinks and dazzling red designs — will arrive next month, Adidas announced on Friday (Jan. 28).
Featuring more than 30 pieces that range in price from $30 to $300, the Ivy Heart collection was conceived around three pillars: foundation, active and fashion. The capsule collection consists of a faux latex puffer coat, parka and basketball cap, a velour dress and tracksuit, a five-panel hat, a clutch and Heart-Lip belt bag, a pique jumpsuit and sequin duster, printed tights and more designs adorned with Adidas’ signature triple stripe.
Troye Sivan, Karrueche Tran, Tyson Beckford, Shu Pei Qin and Naomi Watanabe appear in the campaign. The collection goes on sale via Adidas.com on Wednesday, Feb. 9, at noon ET/9 a.m. PT and in select Adidas stores on Feb. 10.
Red is the guiding thematic color behind the bold new collection. The theme is centered on connecting people from different backgrounds through one color. In the Western world, red is associated with love, romance and sensuality, but in the East, red is connected to good fortune and joy. By incorporating red through a futuristic but authentic lens, Ivy Park is paying tribute to various cultures inspired by the color.
As for the footwear, the line includes pink Ivy Park x Adidas Ultra Boost sneakers, the IVP Superstar sneakers in off-white, and a new iteration of the classic Stan Smith sneakers in off-white with a caramel-colored rubber dipped midsole. Also included in the collection, Ivy Park Superstar Plim mule-style shoes and red swim slides.
Ivy Heart is the newest Ivy Park collection behind the Halls of Ivy, which was released in December 2021. Since partnering with Adidas in 2019, Ivy Park has debuted a handful of collections all featuring different colors and themes.
But the last year has been especially productive for Queen Bey’s growing fashion brand. She kicked off 2021 with the Icy Park collection released last February, followed by the “Flex Park” collection in June 2021 and Ivy Park Rodeo that August. A special Peloton x Ivy Park capsule collection made its debut in October 2021.
