As the week in music comes to a close, Hypebeast has rounded up the best projects for the latest installment of Best New Tracks.
This week’s lineup is led by ROSÉ, Bad Bunny and Sky Ferreira, who each released the album rosie and the singles “EL CLúB” and “Leash.” Also joining this selection are offerings from Lil Baby, Tems with Asake, TWICE with Megan Thee Stallion, Quavo with Luke Bryan and Teddy Swims, Roddy Ricch with Terrace Martin, Nettspend and Smino.
ROSÉ – rosie
BLACKPINK staple ROSÉ delivers her solo debut album, rosie. The 12-track effort features a sole guest appearance from Bruno Mars on the viral chart-topping hit “APT.” as well as work from producers such as Carter Lang, who worked on SZA’s Ctrl and SOS, Ye collaborators Ojivolta, GRAMMY winner Greg Kurstin and even Mars himself. rosie hears the artist enjoy her time as a solo act, exploring sonic spaces outside of her girl group and co-writing lyrics that take from her own personal life — heartbreak, toxic exes and the weight of fame.

Bad Bunny – “EL CLúB”
Bad Bunny returns with his second solo single of the year, “EL CLúB.” The EDM-fused track arrives with an accompanying music video helmed by Stillz, which sees the Puerto Rican star still thinking about his ex even after a night out.

Sky Ferreira delivers her first new track in more than two years, “Leash.” The cut is part of A24’s upcoming film Babygirl, which stars Nicole Kidman, Harris Dickinson, Sophie Wilde, and Antonio Banderas.

K-pop girl group TWICE reunites with Megan Thee Stallion for “Strategy,” the title track from their newest project. The two powerhouse acts share its accompanying music video that highlight their strengths when it comes to dropping visuals.
