Audi has officially introduced the third generation of its popular Q5 SUV, with the 2025 lineup showcasing enhanced design, advanced technology and powerful performance. Leading the charge is the all-new Audi SQ5, a high-performance variant that brings a sporty edge to the midsize SUV segment.
The 2025 Audi SQ5 is equipped with a robust 3.0L TFSI V6 engine, producing 362 hp and 405 lb-ft of torque. Paired with a 7-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission and Audi’s signature quattro all-wheel drive, the SQ5 aims to provide a thrilling driving experience. The vehicle also comes standard with 20-inch alloy wheels, with an option to upgrade to striking 21-inch wheels for an even more aggressive stance.
Notably, the SUV features sports suspension, which is standard on the SQ5, contributing to its agile handling and improved comfort. The exterior design emphasizes the vehicle’s sporty character, with the iconic four twin round tailpipes, a self-assured Singleframe grille and sharp, sculpturally shaped headlights that give the SQ5 a distinctive presence on the road.
While the SQ5 headlines the new Q5 family, the standard Q5 models also offer improvements. The lineup includes a 2.0L TFSI 4-cylinder engine variant, delivering 268 hp and comes with a range of customizable options, including various alloy wheel sizes and advanced lighting features.
Audi’s 2025 Q5 and SQ5 models are set to hit the U.S. market in early 2025, with final specifications and pricing for the region to be announced closer to the launch date.
