“Positions,” which arrived on Friday (Oct. 23), features the pop superstar’s characteristic soaring harmonies and marks her first solo release since her 2019 album, thank u, next. Since then, she has teamed up for a number of collaborations, including “Rain on Me” with Lady Gaga, “Stuck with U” with Justin Bieber and “boyfriend” with Social House.
