Beats by Dre has officially released its new Studio Buds+ wireless earbuds. The new true wireless earbuds feature a number of upgrades from the original version as well as three new eye-catching colorways including a first-ever “Transparent” style, “Black/Gold,” and “Ivory.”
Enhancements include a boost of up to 36 hours of battery with 9 hours alone from the earbuds. A 5-minute Fast Fuel charge provides an hour of additional use. Three vents are added for improved audio quality and comfort alongside a proprietary transducer which delivers cleaner bass and ultra-low distortion. The pairs also now have enhanced Apple compatibility with one-touch iCloud pairing and Find My as well as better Android compatibility with seamless Audio Switch between devices, Google Fast Pair, and Google Find My Device. Other important features include more effective ANC and Transparency modes, a sweat and water-resistance rating of IPX4, spatial audio for Dolby Atmos, and extended range with Class 1 Bluetooth.
The Beats Studio Buds+ are priced at $169.99 USD and are now available to order on the Apple and Beats websites.
