Boatsetter

“I’m a girly on a budget with Below Deck dreams, so Boatsetter is truly my everything. As I plan out my travel for the year, I find myself wanting to plan a boat excursion everywhere I go. Thankfully, Boatsetter has my back. The Airbnb for boats, the app lets you rent a boat in locations across the world for hours or days at a time. From relaxing lake house days to partying on the Gulf of Mexico, there are endless options for boats of all shapes and sizes. My favourite feature is the option to charter a boat with a captain for a few hours, so you are free to eat, drink, and swim without having to worry about driving (or docking!) the boat yourself. I recently tested out a captained Boatsetter charter in Naples, Florida for my honeymoon and was absolutely blown away. We spent three hours watching dolphins and sipping margaritas as the sunset around us and it made for an absolutely perfect cherry on top of our wedded bliss. If you’re looking to add a bit of spice to your next vacation, I can’t recommend Boatsetter enough.” — Hannah Rimm, Senior Life Editor

Xtrema Cookware Traditions Saucepan

“There is something so sexy about an all-ceramic saucepan — and this all-black heavy-duty saucepan from Xtrema Cookware is no exception. This saucepan is as sleek as it is functional — perfect for everything from pasta to sauce to soup. I’ve been using it to make my signature dumpling noodle soup this winter and I especially love how easy it is to clean (and it’s dishwasher- and microwave-safe!). I have the 3.5-quart, which is the largest option. It definitely takes up a lot of space, but I’ve been keeping it on my stovetop and I love the rustic touch it adds to my kitchen decor. Just remember, ceramic gets hot, so don’t forget the oven mitt for removing the top!” — HR

Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin

“When books are too hyped, I can go in with overly high expectations, but not here. I’m not a gamer, which initially deterred me, but it’s about so much more. It’s about creativity, being inspired, and above all: love and friendship. I loved the way Zevin built the characters — their flaws, the grudges they bear, the ways they grow and change. The structure is also very smart, jumping back and forth in time. I highly recommend.” — Tanyel Mustafa, Senior Writer

Damson Madder Embroidered Floral Laptop Sleeve

“A simple yet stylish upgrade to my laptop sleeve keeping my laptop protected on the way to work. I like that it is slightly padded and feels sturdy. It also comes in a dark colour which is ideal should any lipsticks or drinks come open in my bag when on the go.” — TM

Adidas Hyperglam Shine Training Crop Long-Sleeve Top

“I love this top from the new Hyperglam line from Adidas — they’ve made it look stylish with the bust detail while still keeping it comfortable to move in. I’m also a fan of the shiny green-grey shade to subtly switch up an all-black gym outfit. I normally workout in a tank, but since I’ve been going for runs outside this winter, workout clothes with sleeves have become my best friend to layer under a thin vest.” — TM

When All Is Said by Anne Griffin

“I defy anyone who can read When All Is Said and not fall in love several times over with the character of Maurice Hannigan. Set in a small town in Ireland, one evening the 84-year-old recounts his life story while sitting at his favourite haunt. Writer Anne Griffin truly captures why the Irish are renowned for their great storytelling. Maurice may seem like a simple man with simple thoughts but his life’s story is anything but.” — Susan Devaney, Life Director

Tanqueray Nº Ten Gift Box

“Go on and call me whatever you want, but I love nothing more than some pizza and a gin most Friday evenings. With a slice of frozen orange and some Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic poured into a fancy glass (because why not?), I’ll sip it while catching up on my current TV obsession (most recently, True Detective). While Harris Gin is delicious, I do also love Tanqueray gin. Better yet, if my next gin bottle arrives at my door in a fancy gift box.” — SD

BAM 73 Zero Fleece Jacket

“February in London may bring slighter warmer temps than January, but going out for a park run still requires an extra layer or two. Recently, I’ve been wearing this cropped oversized checked BAM fleece, which also has pockets for my phone and keys. It’s made from 100% recycled polyester and very cosy — I’ve even found myself wearing it at my desk on WFH days. It’s part of the brand’s 73 Zero circular range, which means it’s been designed to be recycled. So, when I’ve worn it to shreds, I can send it back to the brand to recycle it for me through their 73 Zero Take-Back Scheme.” — SD

Zafferano Poldina Pro Table Lamp

“I’m anti-Big Light, meaning that I take my lamps very seriously. While I have three good lamps in my bedroom, I recently came across this one from Zafferano on Anthropologie’s site and needed to add it to my lighting collection. It’s small, comes in a wide array of colours (I got the dark green), and is portable, meaning that I can move it anywhere around my room — and even my apartment — to change the vibe up.”

Botivo Batch 18

“While I might not be alcohol free, I have been hanging around with alcohol-free friends and let me tell you, they still know how to drink. This tart non-alcoholic aperitif is all the fun without the hangover, made from apple cider vinegar, wildflower honey, thyme & orange zest. Add it to soda or tonic water, throw in a wedge of citrus, pour into a gorgeous glass, and voilà, a booze free beverage worth mentioning.” — Alicia Lansom, Associate Editor

The Dairy Custom iPhone Case

“I finally got myself a new (secondhand) iPhone which means I need an all-new look. The Dairy lets you actually design your phone case with different fonts, colours, placement, and symbols, all of which really scratched a childlike urge to do some arts and crafts. I love my cobalt blue and the hot orange initials and the monogramming makes me feel like someone who has their shit together (spoiler: I don’t).” — AL
