Ab-Soul Drops Monochromatic "GOTTA RAP" Visual

Ab-Soul has delivered an accompanying music video for his HERBERT cut, “GOTTA RAP.”

Directed by Cordell Jomha, the visual is fully in black and white and sees the TDE stalwart dropping bars on the street, on top of a building and in a front yard with his friends as the backdrop. “GOTTA RAP” was released as the finale of his latest studio album HERBERT, which dropped in December 2022 and marked his first full-length effort in six years.

HERBERT is named after the Los Angeles by way of Carson, CA artist’s legal name — Herbert Anthony Stevens IV —and features guest appearances from Big Sean, Russ, Joey Bada$$, Jhené Aiko, SiR, Punch, Zacari, Fre$h, Ambré, ALEMEDA and Lance Skiiiwalker and production from the likes of Sounwave, DJ Premier, James Blake, Hit Boy, Boi 1da and DJ Dahi.
