Lali surprised fans with the release of her fourth studio album Libra, showcasing her musical growth and versatility as an artist, from sensual trap to infectious pop fusions.
Libra is home to 11 tracks, including the already-released “Laligera,” “Lo Que Tengo Yo,” “Fascinada,” and “Como Asi” featuring CNCO, in addition to collaborations with Mau y Ricky, Noriel, and the Cazzu-assisted focus track “Ladron.”
If naming the album after her zodiac sign is any indication, the Argentine artist is more unapologetic and woke than ever. “This is the first album where all the songs are individual protagonists,” Lali tells Billboard, describing each song as having their own vibe.

“LaLigera”
This song was the kickoff of the album and it’s a special song because it has to do with me, with my history, and with who I am. It defines me.
“Ladron”
This is a collaboration with Cazzu, a woman I admire and love what she does. From the lyrics to the aesthetic of the video, it sends a clear message that women have masculine and feminine strength within themselves. Musically, the song was made by all Argentineans and has the perfect fusion of pop and urban that defines the album.
“Eclipse”
I’m working on this sound a lot, based on trap and hip-hop with melodies very pop. It’s a very “Lali” song in every way and that’s why the album kicks off with this song because it’s strong and it lets you in on the sound that’s found in Libra.
“Bailo Pa’ Mi”
It’s a song that talks about something that I believe a lot in, which is individual strength, and it places you in a very cool place of empowerment because it’s about making yourself pretty for yourself and dancing for you. I love having a song like this on the album because musically it’s a party and it’s an important song in every way.
“Una Esquina En Madrid”
This song is special for every reason. First, because I had the opportunity to work with Fito Paez, one of the greatest artists that Argentina and Latin music has, and it’s an honor that he is part of my album and the creation of this song. The lyrics have a lot of truth to it and it’s what I’m living at the moment. It’s who Lali is today and it places me in a place of adulthood and my search. It closes my album because it’s a song of gratitude to life, of understanding life and of who I am now; of an important reaffirmation of this moment.
