The English singer-songwriter sets love in motion all around him in his candy-colored music video for “Cotton Candy,” which is featured on his upcoming sophomore album Weird!, due Nov. 13. And love knows no boundaries in the sexy sleepover, where Yungblud changes out of his red PJs and slips into a white schoolgirl uniform with matching wings. Between casual kisses and pieces of cake, he’s just craving to “get stuck between your teeth like cotton candy.”
“‘Cotton Candy’ is about sexual liberation. To me sex and sexuality is about freedom and the idea that you can lose yourself in other people of all genders, of all shapes and sizes to find yourself and figure out who you truly are,” he said in a statement around the song’s release last week. “Sexual interaction should not be shamed, it should be celebrated because to have safe sex is to spread love and the world needs love more than ever right now.”
