Pharrell Williams’ 2006 album In My Mind will be released on limited-edition vinyl next month, as the latest project in Interscope Records‘ Vinyl Collective program.
Limited to just 3,000 units, each individually numbered package will come with two opaque vinyls, one in orchid and another in baby blue. Additionally, the 2LP, one-time pressing features a gatefold jacket, alternate front and back covers, internal artwork, custom-printed sleeves and a bonus lithograph image of Pharrell himself.
The album arrived almost two decades ago as Williams’ debut solo project, after N.E.R.D. ended its contract with Virgin Records and the group disbanded in 2005. In My Mind proved Williams’ staying power in the music industry, climbing to No. 3 on the Billboard 200 upon release, in part thanks to heavyweight features from the likes of Ye, JAY-Z, Pusha T, Nelly, Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani and more. The album, which earned a Best Rap Album nomination at the Grammys, is regarded as one of Pharrell’s best projects in his career.
Sign up for Interscope Records’ Vinyl Collective on the company’s website to guarantee your copy of Pharrell’s In My Mind IVC Edition, which will be limited to just one unit per customer. Subscriptions for the program begin at $48 USD monthly.
