Welcome to Rockville 2025 initial bands: Dillinger Escape Plan, Deafheaven, HEALTH

Welcome to Rockville has unveiled the initial acts for its 2025 lineup.

The four-day festival is set for May 15th through the 18th at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida (get passes here). As is the case with one of its other festivals, Sonic Temple, promoter Danny Wimmer Presents is rolling out the lineup in batches, announcing a handful of artists at a time.

The lineup for “Stage 5” on Thursday (May 15th) is the first of these artist drops, headlined by a reunion set from Dillinger Escape Plan. (with original vocalist Dimitri Minakakis). The stacked announcement also includes post-hardcore luminaries Quicksand, industrial powerhouse HEALTH, Deafheaven, Converge, Full of Hell, Harm’s Way, and Candy.

Three Days Grace (with original frontman Adam Gontier) are also playing Welcome to Rockville, with Danny Wimmer Presents previously announcing that the post-grunge act will be playing a number of its festivals in 2025.

All told, Welcome to Rockville will feature more than 150 bands, with more artist announcements on the way in the coming days and weeks.

In related news, multiple bands in the initial lineup are fresh off the release of new material. Quicksand just dropped a split EP with Hot Water Music; HEALTH recently unveiled an expanded edition of RAT WARS; and Full of Hell are prepping the release of a collaborative album with Andrew Nolan. Meanwhile, 2023 saw Harm’s Way return with a new album, and Deafheaven celebrate the 10th anniversary of its seminal album Sunbather.
