Beyoncé channels Pamela Anderson, urges fans to vote in new video set to “Bodyguard”

Beyoncé channels Pamela Anderson, urges fans to vote in new video set to "Bodyguard"

Despite her recent confirmation that visuals are no longer a focus of her release strategies, Beyoncé has gifted the Bey Hive with an unofficial music video for her 2024 song, “Bodyguard.” The first visual offering of the COWBOY CARTER era shows Beyoncé dressed as Pamela Anderson encouraging people to vote today, Election Day; watch it below.

Against the backdrop of the breezy track, Beyoncé cycles through a series of outfits inspired by Pamela Anderson’s iconic role on Baywatch, including the quintessential red bathing suit, topping it off with her blonde hairdo that has become a staple of the COWBOY CARTER aesthetic.

Beyoncé officially endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris in her bid for the presidency at a Houston rally on October 26th. After clearing the use of her song “Freedom” for the Harris campaign, Beyoncé’s camp also threatened legal action against Republican nominee Donald Trump, who used the same track in an ad without clearance.
