Ken Carson Drops Off First Single Since ‘A Great Chaos’

Ken Carson Drops Off First Single Since 'A Great Chaos'

Earlier this month, Ken Carson celebrated the one year anniversary of his acclaimed A Great Chaos album. Today, he’s dropped off the first official post-A Great Chaos release: the long-awaited “delusional.”

Carson has been teasing the high-octane track while he’s been on the road, building quite a communal sense of anticipation surrounding the imminent release.

“She got Instagram followers, now she say the price goin’ up / I ball like Kyrie, fourth quarter, my jersey untucked / Ship that pack across the border, one pound cost a ten / Try to rob me and my gang, you gon’ need many men.”

The classic Carson offering also arrives with a music video directed by his frequent collaborator Gunner Stahl. The two linked up as recently as two weeks back on the “overseas” visual. Shot in Atlanta, the music video compiles gritty footage of Carson delivering the lyrics in front of his green Lamborghini.

“delusional”‘s release arrives in the middle of the Opium rapper’s sold-out CHAOS World Tour, which closes out at the end of November.

Stream “delusional” on all DSPs now.
