Iggy Pop has announced a new concert album, Live at Montreux Festival 2023. Ahead of its January 24th release, the punk icon has unveiled his performance of the song “Five Foot One.”
Live at Montreux Festival 2023 was filmed and recorded during Iggy’s July 6th, 2023, set at the Montreux Jazz Festival, where the punk godfather performed to a packed house at the Stravinski Auditorium.
The career-spanning 18-song setlist features Stooges classics like “T.V. Eye,” “Raw Power,” and “I Wanna Be Your Dog,” alongside solo favorites such as “The Passenger,” “Lust for Life,” and “Nightclubbing.” The concert closes with “Frenzy” from Iggy’s most recent solo album, 2023’s “Every Loser.”
