At the Busan International Mobility Show 2024, Genesis introduced the X Gran Racer Vision Gran Turismo (VGT) Concept, signaling a bold step into high-performance luxury mobility. The vehicle is part of Genesis’ Magma program and will feature in the Gran Turismo digital racing game series.
The X Gran Racer VGT Concept is based on the Genesis X Gran Berlinetta, boasting advanced aerodynamics with active flaps, a flat underbody and a mid-engine layout. The design, featuring the Two-Line Crest Grille, enhances performance and stability with elements like a larger front splitter and a real carbon fiber rear wing.
In addition to the X Gran Racer, Genesis showcased the redesigned Electrified G80 and the Neolun Concept. The G80, which premiered at the Beijing Auto Show in April, features a refreshed front fascia and extended wheelbase. The Neolun, a full-size electric SUV, debuted in Asia, highlighting advanced technology and a minimalist design.
For those interested in getting some drive time with the new X Gran Racer, keep an eye out for its arrival in Gran Turismo soon.
