Sideshow has dropped off his latest LP. Entitled F.U.N. T.O.Y., the album is a fully solo effort from the young MIKE-signed rapper, complete with a cohesive cornucopia of beats from a handful of producers.
Previously released “LEX (EVERY WORKHORSE GOES TO HEAVEN)” and “SELL ME SICKNESS SELL ME HEALTH (EAZY T)” lead the offering, which Sideshow has been signaling on social media for quite some time now. Songs are short yet to the point, riddled with Sideshow’s rawness, realness and carefully crafted bars.
The multifaceted artist – who also dabbles heavily in graphic design – rolled out a whole line of merchandise for the album, including a lineup of colorful, logoed knit beanies.
F.U.N. T.O.Y. follows up the artist’s 2MM DON’T JUST STAND THERE! project, which he unleashed back in 2023.
The 17-track effort also arrives after Sideshow’s support of Maxo on his headlining A Friend of Mine Tour, and as he readies for his first-ever headlining tour himself which kicks off in July.
While F.U.N. T.O.Y.‘s meaning still remains a mystery – “whoever can guess what F.U.N. T.O.Y. stands for gets every hat,” the rapper wrote a few weeks back – it’s clear Sideshow is really finding his footing in the subdivided rap space.
