As the internet still relishes in WE DON’T TRUST YOU‘s release – and everyone decides what they think of the duo’s long-awaited joint album – Future and Metro Boomin dropped off the visuals for one of the album’s crowd-pleasing cuts. Directed by famed hip-hop photographer Gunner Stahl comes the video for hard-hitting “Type Shit,” which features the likes of Playboi Carti and Travis Scott.
Stahl intersperses film footage throughout the captivating 4-minute visual, which focuses on all four artists in a parking lot.
“I don’t hang with rats, that’s some new type shit / Get a n*gga whacked on the news, type shit / Sippin’ drank and Activis on some Screw, type shit / Just a sad h*e runnin’ through the crew, type shit / I got a bad b*tch at home, voodoo type shit / Takedown Meg Thee Stallion’s by the group, type shit,” Future kicks it off on the chorus before continuing form on the first verse.
Travis slides in for the second verse, rocking the Vision Pros before retreating to lie down in the Wraith. A masked (and deep-voiced) Carti arrives on the scene for the track’s final verse and outro.
