AC/DC have announced the opening of the “High Voltage” pop-up dive bar in Indio, California, just 10 minutes away from the Power Trip festival where the band will play their first show in seven years this Saturday (October 6th).
The bar will be open daily October 5th-8th from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. It will be located on at 82971 Bliss Ave., temporarily taking over the space currently occupied by Club 5 Bar.
AC/DC teased the pop-up bar with a dedicated Instagram account and via a website post that declares the pub “the ultimate way to connect and plug in with fellow AC/DC fans over the weekend and check out iconic AC/DC props and exclusive merch.” Some of the memorabilia and ephemera can be seen on the High Voltage Dive Bar Instagram account.
