Oladance’s Latest Open-Ear Headphones Marks a First in Audio Tech

Continuing to cement its status as specialists in on-the-go sound, Oladance unveils its latest open-ear headphones with new sound screening functionality – making it the first device of its kind to integrate the feature.

Combining an open-ear form with the new feature – embedded in one of three modes – the new OWS Pro headphones are designed with the aim of supporting in-the-moment productivity. The sound screening “Focus Mode” automatically tunes out surrounding noise with smart sensors for what it claims to be a “cleaner listening space.” From the office to the gym, it lends to wear across a spectrum of settings.

The new feature, however, doesn’t compromise on the headphones’ audio experience. It integrates the brand’s 2nd generation Virtual Bass enhancement algorithm and amplifier chips to enhance the bass for a fuller sound – an element that is often lost with open-ear headphones. Other state-of-the-art technology includes directional microphones to suppress leakage on calls as well as dynamic energy management.

All features considered, the OWS Pro successfully maintains the humanistic qualities that are hard to find with other open-ear devices. The three-point-one structure claps around the ear with zero pressure, while the medical-grade liquid silicone gives the product a smooth, skin-like feel. With its “Super Smart Bone” technology, it also marks the first open-ear headphones to have hearing protection, monitoring auditory fibers and adjusting sound consequently. Not only is it a dynamic wearable piece, it presents a futuristic extension of the ear.
