Veteran Nigerian music producer and singer Don Jazzy and Tiwa Savage have allegedly been quizzed by the DSS for criticizing the Buhari-led government.
In a report by Sahara Reporters, the Mavin Records boss Don Jazzy was invited by the Department of State Service (DSS) to its Lagos Command for questioning. The news has it that some criticism of the present government by the music mogul has not taken lightly by the secret police.
It wasn’t only Don Jazzy but his former artiste Tiwa Savage was also quizzed by the DSS following her trending hash tag #WeAreTired. The ‘Koroba’ crooner criticized the inability of government to offer justice to rape victims among other criticism of the present government.
Since the questioning, both Don Jazzy and Tiwa Savage have taken down any tweets that perhaps got them into trouble with the DSS.
