Following the debut of her long-awaited sophomore LP Raven, Kelela has returned with a sensual new music video. This particular video comes for the single “Enough for Love,” a vibe-heavy musing on addressing struggles within a relationship.
Kelela begins the video holding her partner closely to her, but as the song progresses, she’s alone in the middle of the ocean, floating on a mattress. The visual was directed by the London-based creative, Yasser Abubeker.
“It’s a new day and I know you’re tryin’ / Lookin’ but it’s right in front of you, baby,” she sings in the second verse. “Stayed on even though they’re clownin’ / Tell me, are you keepin’ up with your wounds? / Can you love through it, baby?”
On the evening of the Raven album debut, Kelela performed “Enough for Love” live on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. This Spring, she’ll head on the sold-out RAVE:N Tour 2023, making stops in U.S. cities including Atlanta, Chicago, New York and Los Angeles, followed by shows in Paris, Berlin and London.
