For those who have enjoyed HBO’s The Last of Us, you can now get a taste of the original game too. Playstation 5 users with a PlayStation Plus subscription now have the opportunity to trial up to two hours of The Last of Us Part I. This offer is confirmed by Playstation in celebrating The Last of Us‘ premiere on HBO Max, a live-action adaptation based on the namesake Naughty Dog game.
For those who have never played the game before, two hours of gameplay will suffice for a pretty immersive experience into the world and lore of The Last of Us Part I. However, it’s best to take note that access to this special trial is only available for users with a Playstation Plus Premium subscription, while those on the Extra or Essential subscription won’t share the same benefit.
A standard full-game copy of The Last of Us Part I currently retails for $69.99 USD on the Playstation Store. While, the Playstation Plus Premium membership has a monthly fee of $17.00, $49.99 for a three-month subscription, or $119.99 for the annual plan. For more information, check out PlayStation’s official website or via your in-console store.
