Westerman is back with new music. The London-born, Athens-based songwriter has released a new song called “Idol; Re-Run.” It’s his first new non-remix release since unveiling his debut album, Your Hero Is Not Dead, in 2020. Listen to the single below.
Accompanying the single, Westerman has also announced a stretch of North American tour dates scheduled for 2023. His first North American tour in four years kicks off in San Diego in May, with dates across the United States and Canada running through early June. Find a full list of dates below.
In a statement accompanying the single, Westerman said that “Idol; Re-Run” was written after the attack on the Capitol. He explained:
