First Week Projections For Kid Cudi’s ‘ENTERGALACTIC’ and Freddie Gibbs’ ‘$oul $old $eparately’

The first week album projections for Kid Cudi‘s ENTERGALACTIC and Freddie Gibbs‘ $oul $old $eparately are in.

According to HITS Daily Double, Cudder’s record — which accompanies his Netflix project of the same name — is set to debut at No. 13 with a total of 22,000 equivalent album units including 1,800 in album sales, while Gibbs’ $$$ will open at No. 14 with 400 equivalent album units including 6,800 in album sales. Hip Hop By The Numbers shared on Twitter that if the projections are accurate, ENTERGALACTIC will mark Cudi’s second-lowest debut behind 2015’s Speedin’ Bullet 2 Heaven while $$$ will be Gibbs’ second-highest behind Alfredo.

ENTERGALACTIC features guest appearances from Ty Dolla $ign, 2 Chainz and Don Toliver and production work from the likes of Steve Aoki, Dot Da Genius, Take A Daytrip, Plain Pat across 15 tracks and follows Cudi’s Man on the Moon III: The Chosen released in 2020. Meanwhile, $$$ is Gibbs’ first solo full-length effort since 2018’s Freddie and includes contributions from Kelly Price, Offset, Moneybagg Yo, Rick Ross, Anderson .Paak, Raekwon, DJ Paul, Pusha T, Musiq Souldchild, Scarface, Madlib, The Alchemist and James Blake, as well as KAYTRANADA, Boi-1da, DJ Dahi, Jahaan Sweet and more.
