The Chief Medical Director at Kaiama General Hospital, Kwara State, Dr Adio Adeyemi Adebowale, has again been linked to the alleged murder of two ladies who were recently declared missing in the State.

Recall that on September 6, 2022, he was arrested for the murder of a cab driver, Emmanuel Agbonvinues, in Edo State, whom he injected to death and later dumped his body in a bush before stealing his car.

In the course of investigation, a decomposed female body was found buried inside his office, while another one was found inside a trash bin there.

One of them, Ifeoluwa, 32, was said to be his girlfriend who was declared missing in 2021. The other one was Nofisat Halidu.

According to reports, the suspect had lured Ifeoluwa to a restaurant on a date and on their way there, he hit her head with an object and she died. He then proceeded to steal her vehicle and buried her secretly.

The Spokesman of the State Police Command, Okasanmi Ajayi, on Sunday, said that the doctor has confessed to the killing of Ifeoluwa. Investigation continues.
