John Carpenter has announced the soundtrack to Halloween Ends, the latest film in the horror franchise. It’s a collaboration with his frequent collaborators Daniel Davies and Cody Carpenter, and it’s out October 14 via Sacred Bones (with a physical release following on January 20). The film will be released the same day. Listen to “The Procession” from the soundtrack below.
In addition to Carpenter’s soundtrack, a companion EP features a new song from Boy Harsher that appears in the film. Listen to “Burn It Down” below.
Carpenter’s last soundtrack was for the recent adaptation of Stephen King’s Firestarter. Prior to Halloween Ends, he and his collaborators provided the soundtracks to 2021’s Halloween Kills and 2018’s Halloween.
