ASUS has just given gamers an early look at three new motherboards for AMD’s new AM5 platform and 7000-series processors. Teased were the ROG Crosshair X670E, ROG Strix X670E-E Gaming WiFi, and TUF Gaming X670E-Plus WiFi. All ready to take on the next generation of PC building, these boards are ready for DDR5 RAM and PCIe 5.0.
Set to unlock the full potential of 16 Zen 4 cores, each board sees features like four DDR5 slots, multiple PCIe 5.0 slots, rapid 60W charging through Quick Charge 4+ on the front panel, M.2-22110 slots, 10GbE connectivity, and ASUS’ hassle-free Q-Design architecture. In anticipation of AMD’s official Ryzen 7000 unveiling on August 29, ASUS has created a microsite for all its next-gen hardware.
