Building on the chart-topping release of his Honestly, Nevermind album, Drake has now released a music video for “Sticky” off of the project. Serving as one of the more infectious cuts on the album, the track is produced by Gordo (f.k.a. Carnage) and served to further the house-inspired aim of the Canadian artist’s musical vision.
Directed by Theo Skudra, the “Sticky” visual showcases the fast-paced lifestyle of Drake. Moving through various scenes with clips of traveling cut in between, Drake is seen performing shows for packed crowds, partying on a boat, enjoying time at clubs, spending time in the woods, and even reflecting in the rain in a NOCTA rain jacket. Aside from appearances from Lil Baby and Future, the brief flash of “FREE YSL” flashes during a shoutout line for Young Thug, Gunna, and YSL associates.
Additionally, Drake showed off the Mercedes-Maybach Off-Roader Virgil Abloh designed for a partnership with Gorden Wagener, Mercedes-Benz Group AG’s Chief Design Officer.
