Tegan and Sara have announced their new LP Crybaby with a video for its second single, “Yellow.” Their 10th studio album—and first since signing with Mom + Pop—is due out October 21. Below, check out the Mark Myers–directed clip for “Yellow,” which pays homage to Coldplay’s video for their 2000 song of the same name.
Crybaby was co-produced by Tegan and Sara with John Congleton at Studio Litho in Seattle and Sargent Recorders in Los Angeles. Of the new single “Yellow,” Sara Quin said in a statement:

The duo also co-created and executive produced the Amazon Freevee (formerly IMDb TV) series High School based on their memoir of the same name; it’s due out later this year. Tegan and Sara released their last LP, Hey I’m Just Like You, in 2019, and shared the song “Fucking Up What Matters” as a Crybaby preview in April.
