Los Angeles Lakers are just about fed up with the way their team has been playing.
The Lakers were recently defeated by the New Orleans Pelicans in a blowout 123-95 loss and fans booed the team for much of the second half of the game. The 28-point victory margin is the largest in franchise history by the Pelicans against the Lakers. Throughout the game, Lakers committed over 23 turnovers with 16 of those just in the first half.
Fans were visibly upset and began booing at the turning point of the game when LeBron James had a turnover with the Lakers down 19 points in the 3rd quarter. James attempted to make a cross-court pass to Talen Horton-Tucker, but it was intercepted almost immediately. The players were also evidently frustrated and even engaged with hecklers sitting courtside. James can be heard responding to a fan, “Tell me one thing you know about basketball besides the ball going in…Shut your ass up.”
In a post-game interview, James merely said, “I don’t have answers tonight,” clearly stunned by the fifth straight loss. The Lakers are currently ninth in the Western Conference.
The Lakers season has been so brutal that we’re at a point where LeBron, Ariza and Russ are now arguing with fans lol

The Lakers, losers of 8 out of 11 coming into the night, are booed off the court here by the https://t.co/RbGGF9G7ZG crowd with a timeout with 5:39 remaining in the 3rd Q, down 22 to the Pelicans – a team they are trying to stave off in the playoff race.
