Ducati has revealed its new limited edition XDaviel Nera Edition motorcycle. The motorbike manufacturer partners with Italian furniture company Poltrona Frau to realize the new luxury-performance offering which will be limited to just 500 units.
Founded in 1912, Poltrona Frau is known for its sleek leather goods in which 95% of the company’s products are made by hand. Beyond home furniture, the brand’s Interiors in Motion division specializes in automotive interiors with its works featured in the Audi A8, Porsche Panamera, Etihad A380 first-class compartments, superyachts, and more.

Poltrona Frau focuses on the seat for the XDaviel Nera, made available in “Siam Red,” “Steel Blue,” “Cemento,” “India,” and “Selva” with laser-engraved logo patterns. A matching keyring and document holder comes with each purchase depending on the saddle color selection. The rest of the bike is given a sleek gloss and matte black finish with Ducati Red brake calipers and valve cover accents. Seats can be optimized to be wider, softer, or feature an added backrest for passengers.
In terms of performance, the XDaviel runs a 1.3-liter V-Twin engine delivering 160 bhp combined with a 6-speed transmission. Key features include an adjustable suspension system, cruise control, Ducati Traction Control, and Ducati Power Launch.
Ducati dealers are now taking orders for the XDiavel Nera, and deliveries are expected to begin next month in March. Pricing starts at $29,795 USD.
