Following his recent appearance in The Book of Boba Fett along with Grogu, Luke, and Ahsoka, there’s no doubt Star Wars fans are excitedly waiting for season three of The Mandalorian to return, and now new rumors have offered a potential release window for the Disney+ series.
During a new Q&A over on TV Line, the website claimed to offer insider news on a variety of shows. When asked when The Mandalorian would be coming back for its third season, the outlet said: “It is a safe bet that Season 3 will premiere this year, probably around Life Day Christmastime.” The suggestion falls in line with previous reports from other sources that say Disney has pushed back the release date for The Mandalorian to the end of 2022 given lead actor Pedro Pascal’s work on The Last of Us with HBO.
Of course, Disney itself has yet to announce anything official for the show (which began production last summer), so fans of the bounty hunter should stay tuned for more updates to come.
Elsewhere in entertainment, a teaser for Better Call Saul‘s final season possibly hints at a premiere date.
