Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J have joined forces once again to deliver a new track titled “Backseat” featuring longtime collaborator Project Pat.
Arriving off the duo’s forthcoming joint album, “Backseat” lands alongside a music video directed by Gabriel Hart that melds elements of Juicy’s lifestyle with Khalifa’s rap-star aesthetic. Pat makes an appearance in the visual while standing in front of several vintage cars in a scene much like a car meet, while Khalifa and Juicy passionately deliver their respective bars.
The two rappers previously released “Pop That Trunk” in December, which also arrived with a coinciding music video directed by Gabriel Hart.
Khalifa and Juicy’s forthcoming collaborative album is expected to release sometime in February of this year. The record will mark the first collaboration between the two rappers since “Gah Damn High” on The Hustle Continues in 2020.
While working on the project, Khalifa in December shared his latest mixtape, dubbed Wiz Got Wings, which includes 14 tracks and production from Cardo got Wings and Sledgren.
