A rare Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 RSX is up for sale over at PistonHeads.
The 2000 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 RSX is just one of 30 ever built by Ralliart UK — only 10 were painted the Satellite Silver color — and was first owned by a lawyer in Hong Kong where it was kept in pristine condition for 14 years. The legendary RSX Evo VI saw upgrades from its standard counterpart in the form of the removal of ABS, plated differentials, a faster steering rack, titanium turbo impellers, Recaro SR seats, and 30 extra spot welds on the body shell. Together, the RSX shed around 180 pounds.
With the help of Ralliart/Extreme, this Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 RSX went through a tune that saw performance enhancements by way of a Ralliart three-point strut brace, AP six-pot brake calipers, Proflex suspension with external reservoirs, an HKS 3-inch exhaust system with Janspeed sports catalytic converter, an ARP bolt kit, and an HKS intake system. The car was eventually sold to Ralliart UK establisher Jon Kirkham, and then to its current owner.
Complete with its extensive service history, this car can be found now over at PistonHeads for £45,000 GBP (approximately $61,000 USD).
