Music producer, Samuel Oguachuba, popularly known as Samklef, has blamed the movie industry for the rise in cases of ritual killings in the country.
The producer on Twitter said the industry keeps promoting fetish lifestyle in all their movies , thereby influencing a lot of young people negatively.

Samklef wrote, “Igbo Nolly wood, English and Yoruba movies are the reasons why a lot of young boys are doing rituals. They keep promoting fetish stuffs in all their movies. Nigerian movie producers can do better. Everything must not be based on juju and religion.”(sic)
