In 2019, My Chemical Romance announced that they were reuniting and performed a sold-out show at the landmark Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles that December. After the reunion show, they announced a full North American arena tour for Fall 2020, which sold out instantly and included four nights at The Forum in Los Angeles. The tour was rescheduled all shows until 2022 with the band stating in April, “We are deeply sad, but those emotions are only a fraction of the depth of feeling we have all experienced watching the suffering and loss of the past year. We just want to be as sure as we can be that everyone is safe.”
MCR also announced their Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge makeup collection with HipDot, which sold out in under a minute in December 2020. In July 2021, the band launched a second collection, Danger Days: The True Lives of The Fabulous Killjoys, with the brand based on another of their beloved albums.
My Chemical Romance, Gerard Way’s solo music career and Umbrella Academy are managed by Stacy Fass. All other Gerard Way properties are managed by Brian Schechter.
