Kanye West might just be leaving Wyoming.
Kanye has reportedly put one of his properties located just on the outskirts of Cody, Wyoming up for sale, listing for $11 million USD. Better known as Monster Lake, West initially purchased the ranch property for approximately $8 million USD prior to purchasing a second piece of land in the same area for $14.5 million. According to the New York Post, he is selling his first Wyoming property which is over 3,800-acres while his second and much bigger ranch ranges over 6,700-acres.
The rapper’s Monster Lake property comes with two freshwater lakes, a restaurant, meeting facilities, an event center, barns, as well as eight lodging units. Perhaps most notable, the ranch was the birthplace of Kanye’s 2018 album Ye. The Wyoming property has been a topic of contention during Kanye and Kim Kardashian‘s divorce. It is unclear whether or not the sale of the property is directly correlated to the couple separating. However, it has been publically known that Kanye has previously wanted to relocate to Wyoming full-time.
